Bader Sater assumed the role of CEO at Bahrain FinTech Bay in 2022, bringing a new vision to the forefront of the fintech sector in the Middle East. His leadership focuses on fostering a collaborative fintech ecosystem, engaging with various stakeholders such as government bodies, financial institutions, and innovative startups

Before his tenure as CEO, Bader was instrumental in shaping Bahrain’s startup landscape. He managed the Cloud10 Program, Bahrain’s first cloud accelerator, showcasing his commitment to technological innovation and entrepreneurial growth. Bader has was previously experience working in the Economic Development Board of Bahrain responsible for  foreign direct investment in the ICT sector.

Bader’s academic achievements include a Master’s in Business Management and Entrepreneurship and a Bachelor’s in Banking and Finance. His global perspective is enriched by his diverse experiences across several countries, enhancing his approach to leading Bahrain FinTech Bay towards new horizons of fintech innovation.
