Dr. Umair Ahmed is a globally recognized scholar, leadership trainer, and keynote speaker in Human Resource Management. A Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP) and Senior Fellow of the UK’s Higher Education Academy, he currently serves as Assistant Professor at Delaware State University, USA. With a PhD in HRM and academic appointments across the USA, Bahrain, China, and Malaysia, Dr. Ahmed brings over 15 years of international teaching, research, and leadership experience.
